Seek counselling

When we keep things to ourselves, especially things that are hurting us, we are actually bottling up our emotions and building an emotional pressure that may one day negatively release when we least expect it. It is important that we not only talk to someone about what we are experiencing whist mourning. It is important that the person we are talking to will be able to guide us. That is why it is important to seek professional help with persons who are trained to help you overcome.
